Company registration in Latvia
Blog
We were approached by a foreign client who requested the registration of a company in Latvia with full support at all stages including the preparation of the necessary documentation and representation of the client in state institutions.

After a series of consultations, as well as after studying the specifics and needs of the client's business, we offered the ownership form most favourable for the development of their business – a limited liability company (SIA).
